Well I've started logging my food again, hoping if I log I will get it under controll. Haven't weighed because of this cast but I don't have to weigh to know its up probably a lot. I've been out of control and the only one who can fix it is me so I've started on the road to do it.

Please say a prayer for my son he's in the hospital with his heart only working at 20%, I'm so worried and I can't travel if I fly I can't drive after I get there my cast is on my right foot and he lives a long way from any airport. My DH can't go with me to drive because he's taken off so much time to help me. I don't understand why my son won't take care of himself he's known his health is bad and he still does things he shouldn't.

Marcel still doesn't want to be in the same room with Dyna he's staked out the master bedroom suite she can go in there if she doesn't get to close. He does come out into the main part of the house some but he doesn't want to play with her, he gets tired of her really quick and goes to the bedroom. But I'm thankful they've never got into a fight.
