I have decided to increase my RDI by 100 calories. It was 1700 daily, now I'm trying 1800 to see how it works out...

Thanks Buddies!!! I always appreciate your support. I learn a lot watching others. I have seen time and time again success stories gone bad by abandoning tracking. I'm sticking with what has worked for me and tweaking my intake data. One hundred calories is not a lot of calories and I don't plan to change my eating habits. Look for me tomorrow. I will be right here...
