Well today was a hungry and food shopping day! I decided that I was craving steak real bad so I got some for us and broiled them in the oven.Yummy!
Tomorrow Mexican! Love my spices!
I went up 3 oz and not to happy but I know they will come off!
It's getting close now where I may not be able to walk in the pool.
My body feels so god when I'm weightless, all my joints and muscles are happy.
When it gets to cold I'm not sure what I will do to keep me mobile, maybe small walks to the beach. I hope it's not a cold winter here!

Close to a YMCA Or perhaps a high school or college that lets you have access to indoor pool for the winter?

I haven't found out about the YMCA yet but I'm braving our pool till I just can't anymore (gettin close) My Mom's friend has an out door heated pool and it was nice but the wind made it a lil chilly but I'm grateful! So I'm trying to work it! Thanks again guys ya'll are the best! <3 Kitty
