yesterday evening and this morning were good. I kept it 'in line', I've been kind of tired lately, and up / down / all around in my moods. But that is just me.
I had a dentist appt for tomorrow but cancelled it. My tooth is ok and I really don't want to get it pulled. The only other choice is root canal, maybe. I just don't have the money for that. So I'll wait until it 'flares' up again and then decide. Maybe it will be ok from now on! I am keeping my doc appt tomorrow, even though I don't hurt as much as last week. I really need to get this thing with my left arm, shoulder, neck issue checked out. I did a little looking online (I really shouldn't do that, but anyway I think it is PMR so we will see what he says.
Ok, well I'm going to grab my lunch right now.
