Well this has become a zero sum game for weight gain. After two weeks of gaining I am now back down to where I started but I will take that as a win. Bad news is that I sprained my back hamstring in my left leg. Oh the frailities of growing older.

Well taking it back off is better than keeping it and then adding more. I gained 5lbs last week but took off 7 this week. Thank goodness I tracked my meals. Otherwise i would still have the weight
