shortcut to enlightenment; Part 1
remember or imagine a time when you were relaxed, feeling safe and content/happy; And someone calls your name. this LIFT in awareness that happens then, is a stage of enlightenment. Where you are NOT thinking, not judging, not scared or angry, AND have no expectations. This is the NOW, where enlightenment resides. The key is, to maintain that place, or even raise it higher.
The tricky & important part is to do this when stressed, angry, fearful, etc.
