Instant Enlightenment, part 2.

I've finally become aware that my normal state of being is: high anxiety.
This has been for my entire life. and, I was NOT aware of it.
Although, at 15 years old, I wondered if my stomach muscles being tight all the time,
was normal. Did everyone feel that?
Being my normal state, I thought it was normal. :)
I also found that I don't have to stay in that place: anxious.
There is a state of being that is quite different:
Peace, Serenity, and Joy.
Are are thinking?: “So what? Good for you Bill! But, this has nothing to do with me.”
Spiritual Masters throughout the ages have known about this.
It's one step to enlightenment.
To me, most references to it is rather oblique. Difficult or impossible to understand, unless you've already been there.
Well, I'm going to suggest that ALL of us are NOT in a state of enlightenment most, if not all of the time.
Also, I have stumbled upon a way to reach this state of Peace, Serenity and Joy: instantly.
I'd like to pass this on, before I die.

Here is one way to access it.
We all have felt anxiety at some time in our lives?
I suggest that we focus on that anxiety now. Remember it. Feel it. In fact, Increase it. however you can manage to do this; remembering something that brings it up.
Now, please excuse me for asking you to do this, but there is a very good reason for it.
If you can increase it, then I am assuming you can DEcrease it.
That is what I'd like you to focus on: decreasing it.
Keep decreasing it.
open up the blocks, Let Go, Lower the shields, lift your point of awareness to your third eye. between and above your 2 eyes.
We are looking for a state of Alert Innocence.
When this is successful, increase it again.
You will know you are there when: you have NO thoughts; feeling peace, and even Joy. You are aware of where you are and what you are doing, from a different perspective, in fact, a different You. There are 2 of you, the one doing and the one watching, without judgment.
Then, decrease to the point of anxiety again, then back to Alert Innocence.
Practice this, back and forth, until able to go directly to Alert Innocence, Instantly. at any time. Especially when angry, upset, threatened, scared. Or, whenever you want to feel Joyful.
:)

Now, I need to use this ability hundreds or even a thousand times a day.
So you know, I am not a spiritual master.
Especially since for me, it lasts only seconds, maybe minutes on a good day.
But, it's enough to instantly wash away the pain, both mental and physical. :)
