on day 2 of 3, feeling good. I found a web site that has a lot of info on the 3 day diet also called the 3 day military diet. It has blogs and video results, comments from people also. Plus substitutions and suggestions for the other 4 days!

I haven't read everything on it, but looks like a great support site.
Let me know if anyone out that is trying this diet! it would be great if we could start a group here for it.
I'm going to try to stay on it once a week, probably mon/tue/wed and eat low cal, low carb the other 4 days!
