Day 3 of 3 for this week! I feel Super! I've added drinking tea when it is not listed but I see it is ok from web site. Plus it helps get me though the day!
Tomorrow I will be beginning the 4 day 'off' plan but I'm going to stick to low carb low cal. Probably spread food out though day so I have more little meals/snacks. Normally Friday evening and weekends are my 'tempting' times. A friend wants to go out for a game of pool and beer BUT I am determined to have either a glass of white wine, maybe or better yet I'll plan to have club soda with lime! I have to PLAN this otherwise I know I will go off the deep end with the beer after beer after beer then it might be pizza time! NO, NO, NO!

april 761 you could do it on the weekends but suggest just 3 days at a time, then 4 days low cal/low carb 'normal eating' on the site there are suggestions. But I don't think you should do 3 days then another 3 days, etc.
