I did a VERY BAD thing. I had a bet with a friend that I could find something on plan to eat ANYWHERE. I let her choose the place. She picked Taco Bell. I know, right? But I looked over the menu, and decided that the fillings in a burrito supreme had to be at least semi-keto friendly. Ditch the tortilla, and I'm golden. Surprise #1: Since the last time I ate there, they've added refried beans to it. It used to be just meat, etc. Surprise #2: The sour cream they use is reduced fat! Surprise #3: When I got home, I checked the nutrition information, and ingredients. It is an absolute SH*TSTORM of YUCK! No wonder I have the headache from hell.
