So I'm thinking ahead and trying to figure my next goal, not just weight but an accomplishment. I'm considering training for (or like) a figure/fitness competition. I'm so far from that right now but I think it would give me a goal to stay on track. I was looking at an article "The Eight Deadly Sins of Training" and I am so guilty of all. I have an aunt who competes and she would be a great resource. I think I need to get to my 130ish goal weight before really hitting the competition training.

It is a bit scary to think about doing something so different. I've managed to bring my body to a place I never thought it would be and I just don't wanna stop. I'm a little afraid that if I let up I will be right back where I was. It's like I need to keep moving forward or I will slip back into my 220 lb body.

Keep setting new goals...Check-out photos from the "Baltimore Gladiator Classic", find your category and see where you think you might want to compete, Bikini or Physique (probably Bikini to start).

Checked out the photos. Bikini is what I'm going for. It's a good next goal.

YAY KP, THATS the way to think little lady. Im so proud of you. And Carmen I am proud of you also. Heck, I am proud of ALL my FS friends. You are all doing such great work.
