Happy Weekend, My Best Buddies!

I am glad to say the Idiot Boxes are back down now and revolving around 162-163lbs, so I really hope I will average my June 10th goal weight. Send me Good Luck!

I also scheduled a bodyfat percentage measure with my trainer for June 10th. It has been a short time since my last measure but I want to get two goals done BEFORE my sinus surgery on June 13th.

Current Goals: June 10th & July 4th

*Idiot boxes consistently weigh 162.4 by June 10th
*Bodyfat at 25% or less by June 10th or July 4th (last reading 25.56%)
*Macros average: 65%-70% fat, 23-26% protein, 8%/9% or less carbs
*NET carbs less than 20 grams daily
*Lift heavier at gym – achieve new PR for weight or reps by July 4
*Continue HIIT during cardio work
*Complete abdominal challenge at the gym – lose at least one inch: 33”
*Wear the “red pants” comfortably by July 4

Long Range Goals: 2016
*Bodyfat at 24% or less
*Maintain Idiot Box around 150-158lbs staying under goal weight for a while
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility

Didn't know you were having surgery -- good luck! Sounds like you are doing really well. I can't wait for you to see that 15 on your scale. I know, you and I are going to be struggling through the summer in the land of 150s. My new goal is to be at 150 by September 15. I don't know if it's realistic or not, but if we stick together, I know we'll keep making progress.

Thanks @ HM - my real goal is to be able to hang between 150-155 for a while and see if I can drop a little more next year.

Well we'll likely be hanging together! It took me forever to get through the 160s, so I imagine I will be stuck in the 150s a very long time.
