Happy Sunday, my Best Buddies:

I did my usual gym workout with sprint rowing, core body weight work and weight lifting for about one hour. I felt wiped today...but also came home and did a bicycle ride with my DH because the weather is glorious. My legs are buzzing right now!

I am drinking tons of water, and wonder if I will retain some due to muscle work today. Idiot Boxes averaged 161.8 today - but I will wait for the "real" weight on June 10th.

I just realized the 22 push-ups a day challenge will suffer for me when I get my sinus surgery on June 13 - I may not be able to do them on those days; but I will do my best.

Current Goals: June 10th & July 8th

*Idiot boxes consistently weigh 162.4 by June 10th
*Bodyfat at 25% or less by June 10th or July 8th (last reading 25.56%)
*Macros average: 65%-70% fat, 23-26% protein, 8%/9% or less carbs
*NET carbs less than 20 grams daily
*Lift heavier at gym – achieve new PR for weight or reps by July 8
*Continue HIIT during cardio work
*Complete abdominal challenge at the gym – lose at least one inch: 33”
*Wear the “red pants” comfortably by July 8

Long Range Goals: 2016
*Bodyfat at 24% or less
*Maintain Idiot Box around 150-158lbs staying under goal weight for a while
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility

LOL - The "IdiotBox" is the scale because scale weight is so variable - what matters most is inches lost and body fat percentages
