Kept to it yesterday.
Want to share this with everyone, not just here but at the gym where I work (teach Spin and Pilates) and with all my friends, etc. I figure the more people I share it with, the more likely I am to keep to it.
I am giving up alcohol for the entire month of July.
I have been stuck at the low 150s and I think that's the way to break through the plateau. June is out as we're going to Europe and Florida, but July will be good.
