I wonder how many calories it burns sweating on a metro train shoulder to shoulder with a bunch of strangers for 30 minutes? :lol:

I'd totally be in on that offer if it wasn't over an hour walk from my hotel. Haha. It's all good though, I did legs tonight and chest and shoulders is tomorrow. I can create some pretty effective workouts with 50 lb Dumbbells and a set of extra heavy resistance bands.
