another day Julian Michaels workout done. i was sore from yesterday,but i pushed threw today. yesterday i didn't eat all due to my stress level. i drank water though. i know i need to eat but when im this stressed i cant. hopefully today will get better.

Thank you guys! I made myself eat some chicken this afternoon. I am trying to stick with exercising 4-5days a week. I wont be happy with myself until I i start seeing what i like in the mirror. And in order to change that and be healthy, i have to get up off my ass every day and exercise! Some days it's hard to put all in to it and other days i go hard. But i do it. I have goals and i really wanna reach them..i really appreciate everyone support!
