Dh bought me some 15lb hex weights last night. Awww!!! This time I tracked my weights and every routine we did. 8 routines light weight medium weight and 5 light and heavy, for those I used the 15 as my light and 17 for my heavy) the 1st 8 routines my lights were 11.5 and 15 for medium. Too much to list, I barely made it thru all that. 38 mins w warm up and cool down. Then I did a 10 min ab thing: 1 min each C taps, forearm run, up down reaches, oblique crunches each leg, side oblique knee to elbow each side, windshield taps, and finally hammer runs. Had a shake and lunch now for the dirty 30. This is my 30th day on the program, 30 to go...soon I'll need 20lb hex!
