Another nice day is in the works. The wind came up yesterday and about blew us away. Tonight is bowling night and I am on a modified fast for the next 2 days. If I can make it until about 3pm the rest of the day will be easy as bowling keeps me occupied and away from food. If I get hungry, it will be a diet coke and that will satisfy me. I looked on the internet for some exercises to make my shoulders feel better and have been applying the information. It is mostly stretching exercises and as long as it doesn't hurt I will do as directed.
