diehard3's Journal, 29 Feb 16

My dinner was worth the wait. My husband prepared us each a 6 ounce fillet Mignon on the grill. I had that and Northwestern blend vegetables, a small salad and cottage cheese. It was delicious. We got in on a good sale, the steaks were buy one and get one free. Oh my they were tender. I gave up my lunch so I wouldn't go over in calories or carbs. The weather is great, but I have been getting up with achy joints in the mornings. I am ok after I get up and move around, but pretty stiff until I get loosened up. I know it is arthritis and I can't do anything about it.

Drinking a cup of homemade bone broth every day is supposed to be very good for arthritis.
