I am getting ready for the weekend. The loss this week has given me a lot of confidence. Isn't it amazing what you can do with a little confidence? I am bowling better for sure. I wasn't even hungry this morning. I had a mim for breakfast. When all that fiber starts expanding, you can't help but feel full.
The weather is warming up and maybe by Monday I will be able to play a round of golf.
