Was in a weird mood yesterday at weigh in......I should never weigh myself late in the day. Today I weigh my usual morning and happy with the results. I cannot go to the gym but the in home walking CD and ankle weights are doing there job.

Again my life would not be where it is today without the help and support of my family.
