Been so happy and working hard at this and recording my life change with fatsecret.com. If I didn't have my family around me I would have already failed. So far it is scary how fast it is working and how well I can do 2 fast miles and 30 minutes abs. Special thanks to MY AWESOME DAD he's my life line right now. My monthly loss is tomorrow and I am actually excited!!! I am working on a 12 minute fat burner CD. So I am not bored.....I know its only a month but you ever have that feeling in your life when you are just sick of being overweight. I have watched my old Jane Fonda exercises and can remember doing these at 13 trying to change my life and now 30 some years later I finally had my head beat in too many times.
