Feeling so much better ....I used to do the Nutrisystem walking CD and it helped so much the last time. But since the 4th of January I couldn't seem to get into it again. Today was so different I did the whole 2 miles and I feel great.

I will recommend everyone on the planet to get a portion plate and learn how to use them. If it was infront of me I was never a push away gal.

Relying on my Dad because he is my inspiration and NEVER lets me in the kitchen puts less pressure on me to be my very best. So very grateful to have him in my corner and in my life.

Hope everyone has the best support they can get. If not we are all here together for one thing live healthier lives.
