Hope you all have recovered nicely from your long weekend. We are getting some much needed rain today - thanks to Lee! So, no walking today. Funny weather - bright sun with violent thunderstorm very close.
My experiment to shrink my stomach must be working because I felt a little too full after eating my lunch salad. Will start packing a smaller salad tomorrow.
Am now going to have a treat - an 8 oz glass of V-8 Juice. Haven't had one in 7 months. This will be my "add back food" for today.
