Sometimes it's better not knowing how many calories I have ingested and how many calories blah blah🤪. We are here for building our health we are working on both physical and mental health right. Why stressing on each and everything. I said this before but I couldn’t stop counting calories. World’s most healthiest people are nonagenarians, centenarians and super centenarians and they never measure calories but they eat mindfully and they often enjoy what they eat. I should learn that from them 😇. I am not going to lie. I enjoyed them a lot

Rishi, I have to Google all of your Indian food - it's a new quisine for me LoL I will say, though...it all looks fantastic!! I don't worry so much about calories but I do have to watch my sodium, cholesterol and protein intake for my lungs and heart. If our mental health is in a good state - our physical health will be much easier to accomplish!♡ Enjoy your trip to Quebec for your son's birthday!!

It was thoughtful of your wife to get you a special meal. It doesn’t hurt for us to deviate from our healthy lifestyle choices occasionally. You can always make it up during the week with a fast meal (or day) or with extra exercise if you’d prefer.
