Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday..

Another beautiful sunrise in the making…

The ride was short..but the hill was 750ft tall…and I only rode up half way…but lest I got a workout in..to keep the body moving…

Day 4 for me..I see improvements…less choices at the table when it’s time to pick and choose…
