TXSnowman's Journal, 28 Dec 15

I logged onto the computer for the first time since in quire a while. I've been doing all my FS entries from my phone or i-Pad. As such, I haven't been seeing anyone's posts until today. I'm glad everyone seems to have had a Merry Christmas. We had a great Christmas here. I gave myself a treat by enjoying a bunch of sugary carbs with my family. Still took in fewer carbs than I burned for the day, but ended up with a carb hangover. Went to bed nauseated and woke with acid stomach and a headache. Enough of that for this year. I've done my penance, though. On the day after Christmas, I cut down, cut up and hand hauled 4 oak trees and 4 smaller trees. I've got enough firewood for the winter now. I'll finish December with an average caloric intake of just under 1,000 per day. In January, I plan to move up over 1,000 per day, possibly closer to 1,200. I finished staining and painting the new construction at the office. I'll move the furniture into my new personal office and rearrange the rest of the office tomorrow. Meanwhile, I finished the wood flooring in the family room and living room at home and today I'm starting on the master bedroom. Hopefully, we'll be done with this round of home improvement projects before the start of tax season on the 4th of January.
I hope everyone has a Happy New Year!

Sounds as if you are staying busy during the holidays. I have a hangover today and I can't say I can blame it on carbs. LOL!
