Are you ready for 2024? time to make new goals! ✨️ 87.5 pounds down this year. I see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'll be going from losing fat to building muscle and getting strong next year. Im going to start with that Knees Over Toes routine and also rehab my shoulder. A year from now, I hope to be sleeping well (that's one of my biggest problems now), be strong enough to go skiing, and hopefully meet some new friends. 💓
64.6 kg Lost so far: 39.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Trackin64 you're sweet. Thanks. I feel I got here in desperation. Hitting rock bottom, my future plans are all scrambled after losing my near friends. I know it will get better and you and all the FS community give me strength. I hope I can inspire anyone who is struggling cuz. This is hard work. As we all know. ❤️
