Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday…

9 hours of sleep….and I needed 10.6…. I was at 25 % yesterday and in the red….I was awake 18 hours before my body went back to bed…once I’m awake…I’m up….and drinkin 3 ☕️…before breakfast….just made for one heck of a workout….I blew thru 100 counter pushups plus more..my arms aren’t even sore..should have took day off…but that would have been boring…lol….

Soaked sun yesterday for 1.5 hours…when I was out…60s or so an a breeze…several others came out and enjoyed the sun as well…

Todays plan…just another day…just another workout….I seem to fall into the over trained category…probably need to work on that….
