My knee is feeling a little better today. I can put my weight on it without having to limp. It is still hurting a little. Decided to walk again this morning. But a short walk, half of what I did yesterday, and I thought that was short. But I had pain the rest of the day. So I just walked to the corner and back, 1700 steps and will seel how that feels. I just don't think I injured myself because I woke up with the pain. But it was after 4 or 5 days of increased walking, by alot.
My eating is okay. Nothing tempting in the house so I just eat within plan. I did have a box of frozen pierogies and ate them in 2 days - 6 a day. But that's my main meal for the day.
I didn't buy any Halloween candy this year. Usually I buy some to donate to the street in the neighborhood that gets all the kids. But I didn't manage to do that this year. It's nice when you know that kids won't be coming to the house, then I don't have to buy candy and then eat most of it later myself. One year when I lived in an apartment I didn't expect any trick and treaters. But I got several and had no candy. So I gave the kids money, just change, a couple nickels and pennies. One little boy was so excited and ran down the stairs yelling "Mom! I got money1" Made me want to run after him and give him a dollar
