Well, I finally made it to under 210 pounds, weighing in at 209.6. I am aware that this may be temporary and can go back up, if my weight history is any indication. However, I am looking at the long term goal and I cleared my first hurdle. When I reach under 200 pounds I will really be happy.
I have a FitBit that I'm using to track my steps. I intend to walk 10,000 steps at least per day. I am still on my intermittent fast. It's not easy but it's possible. I no longer really hunger for lunch anymore. Sometimes I'll feel a little hunger every now and then but I just bear with it; sooner or later it passes.

Nice Job,, I am doing IF too,, I take a walk when I start feeling hungry to early . I would appreciate any tips though ,, I am doing ok I don't mind,,, its such a time saver plus I have lost several pounds so will just keep doing what I am doing until I stall then will go to planB .

I drink a lot of iced green tea, no sugar or sweetner, just straight up. I read an article that green tea will protect the intestinal villi during fasting. Liquids fill me up.
When I do eat, I make sure I have lots of veggies. Believe it or not, I have been craving leafy greens and broccoli ever since I started this fast. My skin has cleared up, too.
