Good morning…

Sister was moved from icu to a different room and floor last night after supper….all tubes are out but one in stomache area draining fluid from around heart…and that fluid looks great so I’m told…she improving each day…as for pain…not really seen her complaining about pain..which is great…couple more days she should be here in local hospital for therapy and recovery…so she can come back here to start the healthier lifestyle….and at same time get some weight off….I’m hoping the drive within finds her…

Me and mcdees….got to be regulers….for afternoon meals on drive back….I’m ready to get back into healthier choices….no more chicken clubs or med chocolate shakes….

Todays plan..get some movement…start on oatmeal for breakfast…yuck…eggs sound better…but trying to stick to less cholesterol…

Got window open..enjoying the quiet..

2nd cup….gonna close…

Stay strong and true! I know that even though my son’s heart issues and surgery had nothing to do with his health, it still has sparked him to make some healthier choices and work on being healthier. Seems that happens sometimes when we’re faced with our own mortality. Prayers and hugs for her recovery to be smooth and calm, and for you all to find some peace afterwards 💗

Good news, except your new friendship with mcdees.! I find that cheat spots trigger me. Just driving by a place where I once indulged makes me feel bingey.
