I'm really not recording another journal but I wanted to pass along what I found out about Almond Joy Fat Bombs.

When I made them I didn't have the 85% dark chocolate bar so I substituted dark cocoa the way it said on the can. Well I found out that's not a good idea because after you take it out of the freezer when it reaches room temp it gets mushy, way to soft.

Just wanted to pass that along.

The recipe is on FS Recipes, it's called Chocolate Almond Joy's. It's a dark chocolate, coconut and almond candy (fat bomb) which has 86 calories, 2.29g total carbs and 1.1g of fiber per piece and their pretty big pieces.
