Accidentally ate a whole bag of turkey jerky (almost spelled it terky jerky, lol). Oops, at least it was only 3.25 oz! Could have been a whole bag of chips though, so I'll count that as a win? Now I'm off to drink 3 gallons of water to flush out all that sodium, ha!

Good stuff. mostly protein, done the same thing myself numerous times. The sodium will flush.
