Don't know how I got so lost. Won't bother filling the page with excuses. I know what I've got to do - now all I have to do is find the strength to do it.

So will try to get back on track today. Better to try and fail than never try at all.

one reason I found is that you get bored about it , one advise will be stick to people that have the save goal like everyone here , coma e back here often you will see you always want to be in track , tie your social networks with this like F- For Facebook realted to F for Fatsecret

zydone, why get bored? Play, explore, find new foods that fit your plan and try them. If they don't quite fit adapt them a bit so they do. You can explore the world with food. It's an interesting challenge and journey. Try new kinds of workouts. I'm exploring several at the moment, working hard at learning one and mixing in some new kettle ball work outs plus the norm at the gym that I will be changing gradually to more free weights. Fun, interesting, uses your brain and with workouts your muscles. There is so much to learn in this world!!

Her tree is gone and replace by a tub full of bottled water. Good reminder to drink more water. :o) I love sweet potatoes, WFN.

Mom, having a garnet yam for dinner with some spicy garbanzos and whole wheat. YUMMY! Zydone, I succumbed to my addiction and bought 5 cookbooks today.

Ha... WFN! I think I bought a couple and a couple of fasting books, too. I am having a splurge dinner tonight .. mashed potatoes grass-fed meat balls with alfredo and poblano sauce and green beans. Yours is much healthier. I had a Greek yogurt today and water ... so this is my Warrior meal. LOL! I have no idea if this is right to ... but I am doing it. Nom! Nom!

Mom, that sounds good. Mine was just easy, and I haven't been shopping so the frig is pretty empty. Had the beans cooked, cooked the whole wheat grains to use during the week. Pop the potato in the convection oven. It tasted good with a sprinkle of sesame oil on the grain and bean mixture. Not low carb...

The reason we are in this fix is that we are fallible. The most important thing is not to give up! And its great to see that you haven't :)
