Diana thanks for asking! They are much better. I am working on strengthening the muscles on the inner knee and thigh to "try" and shift/pull the kneecap back to a normal position. I have space and cartlidge in the joints but my kneecaps have shifted outward and caused the friction, inflammation,baker's knee and sciatica. The exercise ball is great since it is non weight bearing on joints but you can really work the muscles.

Honey i bought an exercise ball per trainer suggestion for home and it lasted one day . My little black dog that it was a toy and was chasing it all over the house and over next 48 hours it slowly deflated….need to find a way to remember to put it up and put him out when using next time🥰. Legs are looking great are you working on abs?
