No regrets : 700 calories and worth every bite. Homemade meatballs with grass fed organic beef/ plant based sausage/oatmeal/ egg/onion/ spices. Homemade sauce with fresh tomato /eggplant/mushroom/onion/ black olives/ spices. Rao’s fettuccine. Parmesan.

Lunch : Fresh green beans, mini cucumbers, baby carrots and the mahi mahi leftover from last night dinner. Olive oil, lemon juice and dill.

When life gives you ripe bananas you make a banana walnut bread. 17 slices about 120 calories each. I swapped a no sugar apple sauce for the butter and also for half of the white sugar in the recipe. . So total 1/2 cup sugar and 1 1/2 cups applesauce.

One of my new favorite combinations : An orange chopped up and slightly mashed to release the juice, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, pecans and cinnamon. Delicious.
