I have just completed day 4 of a 30 day clean eating challenge. I am feeling very good about it. Breakfast and lunch equal 16 carbs so far and 672 calories. I am going for 25-30 carbs and 1200-1500 calories. I haven't figured out what I am having for dinner yet, but I will keep it light. I am doing a weigh-in Monday and I hope to see results of my efforts.
