I am not "flexing" just holding up my arm. 

I can see it, there is certainly muscle definition there 

Thanks! My focus is on nutrition and maintaining muscle strength. Tomorrow I might try post a pic of my legs. 😁

Thanks Diana and Jams!! I have attempted posting pics in the past but FS kept cropping them so they didn't really make any sense. I may have to stand on the edge of the bathtub to get my legs in a pic. Lol. I have tried the full length mirror in the closet but the lighting isn't that great and all the clothes are a distraction.  

Just don’t fall into the bath ask a friend to take picture rather safer that way 😺
