walked 1.75 miles on treadmill with trainer and worked out hard..that woman is trying to kill me :)

feeling dizzy from low blood pressure was 88/46 at doc's yesterday...

LOL - every day I am at the gym when I leave i say to the trainer, "Why are you trying to kill me?" LOL - he just laughs - he is about 23 years old!
