Did my Zumba yesterday....and my back decided that it didn't want to be my friend. It spasmed and tried to lock up. I made it almost all of the way through though. Happened right before the cool down.

I was very proud of myself last night! Dinner was at 7, and it was inside out burgers. 397 for the total dinner. Yummy. Anyways, I was upstairs playing Fat Princess (what I play when hungry) and I was out of water. I was really thirsty...and hungry. Michael was asleep since it was around 11:30 at night. He usually goes into the kitchen for me at night, since that's when I get cravings. I wasn't gonna wake him up just for water...that's ridiculous. It wasn't like there was a spider that needed killing or anything. So I went by myself. And all I got was ice water! I had to keep talking to myself out loud. Mentally saying what I was gonna do and hearing what I was gonna do is completely different. I need to say it out loud and hear it too. Well...it worked! My hunger didn't go away...but I could control it. It wasn't really hunger...but habit.

Anyway...twas a good night and a positive experience.

Great work on avoiding the snack attack and drinking the water instead. You have come a long way lady. Woot, 40 plus down already. You rock!
