Happy 😃 happy 😃 shout out to all you fasters out there…Wednesday…

Had to retype fasters 3 times….before I was faster then retype….errrrr….

Woke up late today…guess I needed the rest….I did ride for 20 minutes yesterday…and walked..and did counter pushups….

Weight is up today…not happy about it..but thinking body has figured out the plan….thinking it’s time to call and end to it…and tomorrow I have blood work…so won’t be weighing in at all…guess I didn’t plan this out as well as I thought…o well…I seen a pretty good drop in my 4 days…and it’s not over…just time to refeed….for a few days..thinking of doing 5-2 for a change…we’ll…not sure I can eat more then 2 meals per day…plus…I just get tired of all the noise in the cafertia…and supper…usually isn’t worth the walk down to…

Welp….gonna play catch up…make the bed..get dressed..weigh in…have mt ☕️

LOL, that suggestion reminds of what I do when the consensus calls for pizza, I skin the toppings off leaving the crust and most of the sauce and just chomp on the meat, cheese and veggies, I even scrape some of the sauce of the back of things because you can tell by the overpowering sweet taste that the sauce has a lot of sugar.

Have you had riced cauliflower pizza…it’s easy to make…and no scraping off what you can’t eat….

I have not tried it Mike, but maybe this go round I will. I avoid canned or bottled pizza sauce because it has so much added sugar, so I would have to make my own and that is a time intensive endeavor because the sauce has to be cooked down to a very thick state. It may be something I do over a day or two. Prepare the sauce, then make the pizza the next day.

So easy to make…riced cauliflower..and moth…..makes the crust..then after you brown the crust…pull it out add other things…cheese on top…rebake…mmmmmm…..
