Had to retype fasters 3 times….before I was faster then retype….errrrr….
Woke up late today…guess I needed the rest….I did ride for 20 minutes yesterday…and walked..and did counter pushups….
Weight is up today…not happy about it..but thinking body has figured out the plan….thinking it’s time to call and end to it…and tomorrow I have blood work…so won’t be weighing in at all…guess I didn’t plan this out as well as I thought…o well…I seen a pretty good drop in my 4 days…and it’s not over…just time to refeed….for a few days..thinking of doing 5-2 for a change…we’ll…not sure I can eat more then 2 meals per day…plus…I just get tired of all the noise in the cafertia…and supper…usually isn’t worth the walk down to…
Welp….gonna play catch up…make the bed..get dressed..weigh in…have mt ☕️
