Went to my mom's yesterday afternoon to cut the grass and take care of her gardens, had a great salmon dinner she fixed. Problem as usual is, she keeps a stash of goodies including an assortment of ice cream which is my biggest weakness. I know it's there, I know it's available and if I indulge in some it can only be for that day because when I'm gone it's not available. So....had a big bowl of ice cream....and cookies. The scale was pretty kind to me this morning though, just a smidgen over 200. Eating light and drinking plenty of water today, got to stay in onderland for my official weigh in tomorrow. Today will be an active day, going to try and get 25,000 steps if I can, these ladies in the fitbit workweek challenge are really kicking my behind in royal fashion. Happy Friday!

Congrats on your 25,000 steps! It's not easy to do. And if you want to know my secret to getting in so many steps...it's Zumba! I can get, on average, about 5,000 steps in an hour of Zumba.

what I would find is the calories would show up on day two...the weigh on the 2nd day..
