Well I'm almost done with day 2 of being completely on track. It sucks but is a good thing all at the same time. I feel good mentally, just because I'm doing what I said that I would do. Phsyically, I'm hungry! From about 3 to dinner is the hardest. Night time is hard too, don't get me wrong...but I can go upstairs and take a bath or play Fat Princess on the PS3. I hate staying in bed past 11, or going to bed early...bespeaks of laziness. At least I have distractions at night. During the day I cross stitch or work on my quilt or something...but it's hard to do that all day. My eyes start to hurt after awhile if they swtare to long at the tiny holes in the fabric or at a computer screen all day long. I guess I need to find more distractions? Idk.

Cassie is trying to support me. She says I can talk to her about it and if I need someone she's there. That's really sweet. It truly is. And I appreciate everything that Cass and CC are trying to do for me. The problem is that they don't quite get it. It's not a lack of sympathy but a lack of understanding. We are trying though.

Good for you being back on track. I think if you can get Michael on board with eating healthier, it will make it easier for you. Sounds like you and I have a similar issue - when we're bored we eat! It's hard to overcome, but just keeping busy with things you want to do helps a lot!

I agree, you still have so many unhealthy things n the pantry that make it easy to eat when you are bored. Have you had the chance to clean them out yet, and I don't mean eating them. Boredom eating can be an empty comfort.

Hey there! I just took a peek around your food diary, and it looks like you're not eating enough. That could explain why you're hungry. Try uping your protein intake. Protein helps keep you fuller longer, your body also needs it to help repair muscle from exercise. If you like greek yogurt (Chobani is my favorite brand. The pineapple flavor is to die for! It reminds me of that pink fluffy stuff I used to eat as a kid) and that's LOADED with belly filling protein. Lean meats, cottage cheese, eggs, and beans are a few other excellent ways to get more protein into your diet. (I learned all this the hard way because I too was constantly hungry) I wish you the best!!!
