So, My journey begain back in August 2014 when I took the decision to stop powerlifting and take up bodybuilding.
The initial reason was to drop bodyfat as I had been over eating as a powerlifter and although I was incredibly strong, my body composition was terrible.

I cleaned up my diet and ran that for 2-3 months before starting with My PT at the end of November 2014.
My profile picture shows the progress that I have made over the last six months.
My starting weight in August 2014 was 18st 11 & 3/4 lbs (263.75lbs or 119.8 kgs)
My current body weight is 13st 13 & 5/8lbs (195.6lbs or 88.5kgs) and bodyfat percentage is at an all time low of 7.7%

My goal is to compete in my first bodybuilding competition in Novermber 2015 at the age of 50
