4/7: Fasting blood sugar 5.8 mmol/L

Came across a really easy & simple recipe to make keto ice cream. Heavy cream, xanthan gum & sweetener of choice; that's it. I tried it and will note next time I use cacao powder in place of baking cocoa to not use the recommended amount. I made the original recipe in my ice cream maker and will also note that I really must triple the ingredients.

Now to find something new to make...lol.
