No bike yesterday, it never dried out, drizzle or light rain most of the day, cold and very windy.

It turned into a rather lazy day after a busy couple weeks. No motivation, guess the body said take part of today off. I did get 100 sit ups in and some exercise on the trampoline. Some chores done, and a pot of soup. Not as much as I had planned.

Woke up again to drizzle, where is that promised sunshine?? Have a baseball game for the triplets @ 6 so will make it to a game I hope, if the rest of the day stays dry.

I did plan dinners for the week. More meat than usual due to finding some on sale and easy to toss on the grill. I had the first pork ribs for the year, not smoked but grilled; boneless ones, marinated cooked on the grill with KC Masterpiece brushed on, I didn't feel like making BBQ sauce. Yummy. I do keep some of that on hand, it has mostly good ingredients though a bit of corn syrup in some of them.

Best get moving, I really should stop staying online in the mornings as long as I have been.

Yeah lol I like what HCB said . We say that all the time here in New England !! Keep up the great work. It sounds to me that you are pretty active when you can. I don't get much exercise because I have a lot of nerve damage in my legs. I know I could do chair exercises but still haven't done that yet.

It rained here for 2 days straight over the weekend, but I have to say, it was much needed! This week is sunny and warm so I am looking forward to that!

Buffy, glad you did get some rain. We needed it really badly but now we need a few days break. Jenn glad you are also having some good weather. Dialia, sorry about your legs. I have some down my arms from a neck injury in 2000, physical therapy has really helped. I was losing ground until I started exercising again a couple years ago. It has made a tremendous difference even in the pain and cramping. So back to doing my old PT exercises plus a bunch.
