3/31: Fasting blood sugar this morning was 6.9 mmol/L

Made Chicken & Vegetable soup from scratch last night to help aid me in recovering from my sickness. Actually it did help. Today, I reheated some of it to test how I do with my blood sugar before and after it. Before meal I was 7.4 mmol/L and after meal I was 7.2 mmol/L. So my soup is perfectly fine for me to indulge in...woot woots!! But I didn't feel like having soup again & I have these Vega smoothie powders here that I am trying to use up that were given to me for free. Don't like them to be honest but I decided to try a scoop in a full can of coconut milk. Forgot to test my blood sugar before hand but I will see what the results are at the 2 hr mark. But at least I feel full. I think I have 6 more cans of coconut milk I gotta use up so maybe tomorrow I will cut it down to about 1/2 a can and the rest water and see how it goes. Always in experiment mode ;)

6.3 mmol/L is the after dinner number... like damn, why did I not think about that before?!? lol
