3/18 fasting blood sugar 6.1 mmol/L
3/19 fasting blood sugar 6.8 mmol/L

Slow climb out of the mental blip but being kind to myself. Been spending a good chuck of time passively listening to ambient music. I usually use ambient music to fall asleep and stay asleep with although last night's version only worked for about 6 hours. The previous 2 nights I was able to sleep a total of 9 hours each with periodic wake-up & go to the bathroom routine...lol. I've also been reading several inspirational posts of a good friend of mine on twitter that also have helped. Little quotes of hers offers comfort to this old soul ;) Like this one:
