Got 4:33…needed 8…

Happy 😃 Thursday….

One of them I didn’t get all my sleep nights…333am…lol…already had 2 cups…been up since about midnight…but the good thing is I’m still flu free….lol…sister is feeling some better…

Looking like a lazy Thursday…with nap time included…lol…and lack of steps..ended up with 3.6 miles yesterday…they came easy..until lunch..by then…I’ve usually got 8 hours of awake time…and after lunch..the recliner becomes pretty comfy…lol…

I keep thinking the coffee is gonna kick in..and il go walking…but….really I’m thinking another cup…lol…and a trip to bathroom..lol…

Well…gotta go..

lol, I’m trying to meet a deadline this morning. My nap comes later.

Glad to hear you are still flu free! And, that your sister is feeling a little better! I can’t believe I slept longer than you with a whopping 5 hr 50 m!
